At DS Nutvana, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right. We offer a hassle-free return and refund process.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

• The product is damaged, broken, or leaking upon delivery
• You received the wrong product or variant
• The product is stale or does not meet our stated quality standards
• The packaging is tampered with or significantly compromised

Return Window

Please include clear photos of the product and packaging to help us process your request quickly. Reach out to us via WhatsApp, email, or phone.

Refund Process

• Once we verify the issue, we will offer a full replacement or a complete refund — your choice.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• For COD orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account (details will be requested).
• You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

• The return request is made after 48 hours of delivery
• The product has been opened and partially consumed (unless there is a quality issue)
• Damage caused by improper storage after delivery
• Change of mind after receiving a product in good condition

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched — reach out to us immediately after placing the order.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery instead.
• Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover all return shipping costs. For other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
